This gallery is built by UMG 5 and RandomPosition presentation, which is a part of Generic Presentation Pack, RandomPosition use "seed" to control the randomicity of picture position and rotation angle, if you set it to zero, you get a neat image grid, if you set it to a small positive value, your pictures are displayed randomly around the position they should be, if you set to a big value, you get a complete random gallery.

This presentation integrated a hand write font, you can optionally turn it on like this example.
