I dont see Portal ToolTip available for download here, or featured as a product. Is there a future of Portal Tool Tip? We use it extensively, and love this module!

We mention Portal ToolTip in our section About Us detailing the modules we use on our site. We also mention Video Gallery, but was going to directly link to a Portal Tool Tip page/download here, but couldnt find anything.
