Hello,

The idiots that host my website have changed the drive letter that hosts my files from D to C. Now my UVG videos no longer work. Can you help? Do you know where I would need to change paths?

Also, there is a new message saying:

"This instance of Ultra Video Gallery is not activated, you are limited to add 3 videos only, to activate this product please purchase an appropriate license and click here."

Can you please help?

Thanks

Drew

About the license issue, please try to activate it again, if you still see this message then I belive Network Service account no longer have necessary permission on your website.

About the drive letter issue, I don't understand clearly, do you mean your website is moved from d: to c:? I think this should be irrlevant with UVG and your DNN website.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thank you for replying. Yes, that is what they did. The moved the website to another drive. The problem is that when they moved the files, all the permissions were reset. I have given the license file Write Access now, so UVG is reactivated. But the videos no longer play. Can you think of anywhere else that would need specific read write permissions? I want to avoid reinstalling UVG.

I appreciate your help on this.

Thank you.

Never mind. I have given all the files Read permission.

It is fine now.

Thank you for your help (as usual).
