Hi after uploading a video i get the message uploaded sucesfully, your video is being encoded please wait............ But it never completes the encoding process. just lots of ................................................................................ ......................................................................................... ........................................................................................ ......................................................................................... .................................. etc What am i doing wrong i only activated this yesterday.. thanks for help

please ensure you have latest UVG 2.1.4, not 2.1.3. you can find it in snowcovered My Downloads page.
