When someone posts a comment to a video on our site, DNN hangs infinitely until we close the window and clear the cookies and cache of the user trying to post the comment.
The comment however does seem to appear after review.
After reviewing some of the other posts on here, it may be relevant to tell you that the SectionTemplate file does exists UVG Folder.
Any help would be much appreciated as this kills most of the functionality of our site. |

| As John said above, it crashes the whole asp.net process. a service unavailable response message is rendered when attempting to view any portion of the site |

It seems this problem occurs with DotNetNuke.Services.Mail.Mail.SendMail method, UVG calls it to send notifications when a new comment is posted.
John's DNN version is 5.4.4, anyone else who also have this problem, please tell me your DNN version number. |

ok, it's proved to be a bug in DNN 5.4.x, the error comes from HtmlUtils.IsHtml method.
I'm not sure if this bug still exists in DNN 5.5, but you can try it, if you still get trouble with it, then I can make a customized DNN 5.5 build for download which will fix this problem. |

OK. I did the update to DNN 5.05 and it fixed the issue with the comments. However a new issue has occurred now since the the update. The configuration display no longer shows the configuration module and it throws an error. Same with UVG Comercial. I also noticed all sorts of errors showing in the log, just from viewing videos, however no error is visible on the watch videos page.
Here are just some of the errors.
