I'm sorry no, the commercial is played in UVG flash player, when you watch a embeded video it doesn't use UVG player, when embed from youtube it just use youtube player.

Is it possible to replace the UVG player with for example the JW Player (which plays youtube video's) to overcome this obstacle ?

I'm sorry this can't be done. the UVG player interact with our server side scripts.
