I love the module, but one feature my client wants is to be able to upload a Video Response to a video that has been viewed. Is this feature available currently? If not, are there plans to add this feature?

I'm sorry UVG doesn't suppor the response feature(like on youtube, right)? but you can consider to use tags to link these videos so users can see other videos which watch one video.
