I have successfully installed UVG 3.1.11 on a 5.x installation but issues have occured on a 4.9.x install/configuration. UVG installed correctly without error, but after creating a configuration tab and adding the configuration module to the page I only make it past the first screen before receiving the following error: A critical error has occurred. Exception of the type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown. I can navigate away from the page and return to the same screen before it crashed. Attempting to move past this screen again results in the same message. I checked the file permission on DesktopModules\UltraVideoGallery\Binaries folder and added the Network Service. Also, just after install, before adding the config module to the tab I copied the binaries to the DesktopModules\UltraVideoGallery\Binaries folder. Your help is greatly appreciated! Thanks, Dan

so you get this problem in Permission Check step, right? does it happen before or after you click the "Run permission check" button? and what's your domain?

It happended after the permissions check (at least that is where I noticed it as that is the first thing I attempted after installing and copying the binaries. However, it happens on every page regardless of content. You can't logout or change anything without receiving the error. In essence, the site is extremely unstable.

I had to restore the site from a backup to get it stable again. I will clone the site and send you clone site information. How do you prefer to receive the credentials?

you can click Contact Us in the bottom of this page. but it may take about 2 weeks for me to work on this issue, currenlty I'm travelling with a notebook.

Same error again, different domain, newer server (with plenty of memory). DNN 6.1.3 SQL 2008 R2 Win Server 2008 R2 Exact same symptoms as before, errors when attempting to run permissions check which list 'unrestricted' before clicking the 'run permissions check' button.

Site is still up. This was not an issue before but further errors trying to access the Host System Settings menu: An error has occurred.
