I just purchased UMG Media Gallery and installed without problem. However, I find it almost impossible to download pictures to the host portal. (I only have a few albums for now) The only thing I can find is downloading pictures one at a time which is ridiculous! The Media Importer only takes them once I already have them on the portal, which is equally ridiculous. Please tell me that there is a way to import an album or set of pictures in some way which my (authorized) users can do. Tell me how. If not, I think I bought the wrong product and feel cheated. Thanks

so you want to import bulk photos to UMG, right? I don't fully understand your question, if possible, tell me more about what you want to do so I can tell you whether it can be done.

Yes, that's what I want to do. The only way I have found is to bulk load to a temp directory and then transfer the UMG. I want to know if there is no way to bulk load to UMG directly.

1, you can use UMG Dynamic Gallery mode, in this case you don't need to import your photos, UMG will build a gallery base on your folder structure. 2, another solution is to use UMG-MediaImporter module, this module can import all files under a folder to an existing UMG album.
