I purchased UVG 3 back on 6/18 and I am still no closer to getting this installed. I have tried uninstalling and re installing many times, the add_video module just doesnt appear. When I try to add the my_video module to a page I receive "Module doesnt exist error". Plus after I FTP the binaries folder to Desktop Module/UVG/Binaries it says the binaries arent installed. I hope I can get this resolved soon.

Hi David

What operating system are you on.
Is this a hosted server by you or someone else's ?

Have you gone through the directions for unistalling ?

Since you have done this you may have some UVG files still hangin out if you did not follow the uninstall directions.

I know this may not help although I have screwed up an installation before then uninstalled incorrectly then reinstalled and became more frustrated becuase I didnt read the docs.

David host in ihostasp, it seems to be a problem of the server. David told me he's gonna to change his hosting company.

David told me it's proved to be a problem of the hosting company, actually many modules doesn't work well. not only UVG.

Yes, sorry for the delay in the reply. I switched to hosting companies and my problems were fixed.
