I have a need to be able to have an mp3 audio track playing in the background while the Video series is playiing? Is that possible? Is there a developer who would like to do this project?

I'm sorry no, videos itself contain audio stream, I don't think it's a good idea to play an audio while video is being played.

While you don't think it is a good idea - I have a commercial purpose to be able to do this. The video will contact a music track only. The mp3 will be a spoken voice over track. I know I can do it with multiple players on the web page no problem. I want to be able to instruct the .swf to open an mp3 and play the audio while also playing the video with the music sound track! Charles
