Hello all. I'm using the UVG Converter 3 to convert files before I put them on our production site. When the video file size is large (like 200 MB) the conversion works, a zip file is created, but the process stops there with an error screen saying 'UVG Converter has encountered a problem and needs to close.' It's almost like it balks at transferring a file that size to the website. Smaller file sizes work perfectly. Is this the same problem as I see reported with NeatUpload? Any insight into what I might do to get the converter to complete the process? Many thanks!
