Does tag cloud still just cycle through the colors and size or is it based on popularity? If the later, then this is not working properly. I have a video with 1 view and 1 with 22. Yet the single view would appear to be the most popular.

in UVG 3 it's a real tag cloud module. the css is determined by its popularity.
