My fire wall blocks to activate the license. I need to activate it for staging as well as for production. I have one serial number can that be used for both staging and production

if you need manualy activation please email us the activation key. you can use it on your development server, and copy all files and database objects to your production site when you ready to go. in this case UVG won't ask for reactivation. thanks.

Does my bin folder require read write permission in this case. Currently we dont have this permission in bin folder

yes, read and write. by the way, DNN itself required read and write permission on your /bin folder to get it work properly.

my bin folder dont have the read write permission is there any work around solution for this. should i move the license file else where.

the file must be placed in /bin folder. if your bin folder don't have read permission, your DNN site won't work. asp.net load dlls from the /bin folder to run your program.

My bin folder have the read permission but dont have the write permission. UPG lic is plased in bin but still it asks for searial number.. Urgent need help

if network service do have read permission on your /bin folder, UMG should be activated if you place upg.lic in it, but are you sure? however, DNN itself do require write permission, why don't you grant network service account write permission on your /bin folder?
