I have installed the module sucessfully. I also have it configured via your instructions, set the URL to the hidden page where the module is located. However, when I hit test on snowcovered I get a page with basically my menu links in it and it appears all garbled. Is there an issue with snowcovereds test, and this is ok, or is something wrong with the setup? Thanks so much this will really make my life a lot easier.

Did you config security value properly?

I tried to hit Test on Snowcovered, yes it returns a garbled page but it doesn't matter, if your security value is properly configed, this module should work well.

When you get a sell on Snowcovered, you should receive an email notification, when you see this email it is working now.

Thanks.

Yes I have the security value is set in both places, but did not receive any notification for a SC sale from yesterday. I am running 4.3.4.

FYI I do have bcc set, and an appropriate package created as well.

Sorry for the delays, is it possible to creat an admin account for me for testing purpose on your website?

Thanks.

You should have received an email with your account credentials for testing, please let me know if you did not. Thanks for your help.

The IONConnecter compare package name posted from Snowcovered with package name defined in the module, if the posted package name doesn't exist in defined package list, it will be ignored, this is proved to be the reason in this case.

Also,  "*" can be used as package name to represent all packages.

Thanks.

Thanks for illuminating my problem. My IONConnecter package name didn't match my Snowcovered one. You were very helpful, I greatly appreciate it.
