Is it possible to make the dynamic album play a specific folder via a query string variable?  I have purchased the source code and presentation packs, but I just don't quite know where to begin.

this is possible if you have the source, you should alter presentationprovider class so it read querystring to get the source folder.

Can this be put in the next upgrade or bug fix because I think lots of people want it.  Load folder by querystring AND not have to click on the folder to display the images; in fact if there is only one folder it should display automatically, shouldn't it?

you don't need to click on the folder to display the images if you have only 1 folder, but if you have sub folders you should click it.

I'll consider the possibility to support it in next version.
