install module PA first, then simply unpack the source package to bizmodules - ultraphotogallery folder is ok.

i did that, but it doesnt seem to read the VB file. Whenever i made changes in VB file it doesn't reflect the changes. Do I need to delete any dll file?
thanks in advance....

you don't need to delete any dlls, what do you mean by it doesn't read the vb file?
after opening the solution file, you may need to check all DLL references and make sure there is not yellow alert, then edit the vb file if you like and compile it, you should get new dlls in /bin folder.
thanks.
