I wish to have a Gallery showing some of the albums I have created in other Galleries on other pages on my site. Is there an easy way to do this please? (Using UMG Version 4.00.07)

yes, try UMG_MediaImporter module, this module allows you to "map" an existing album to a new gallery in same portal.
