I have decided to split up my website into different portals to improve the over all performance of the website. I need to move UVG to a child portal. It took me hours to add all the UrL based videos to my website. Is there a way for me to save this data and transfer it to my new child portal without starting over?

thanks

you can try to move your video to a child portal by changing its PortalId in UVG_Video table, and leave the video file still in your original portal, e.g, the video is in portal 2, but the video path is /portals/0/ultravideogallery/.....

I didn't try this before and I'm not exactly sure whether it works, if it works, it may save your time, if it doesn't work, then you may need to manuly move these files :(

good luck :)
