I have the same question. Moreover I have tried to change about....txt file as it is decribed in manual but it did not affect the rate module view. I have left the ticket at snowcovered

you should make a copy of AboutPhoto*.txt in Texts folder, create a folder in Text folder, paste these files. then you can modify these text files and you will be able to select the folder you created in UMG-Rate module
