I have to say I'm not sure what ecactly you want to implement. but the my videos should only be used to logged in user.

Is UMG the same as UVG with more features or for Video and Audio is UVG the best option and UMG is better for photos / images?

yes, you are exactly right. UMG is form photos. although it have video playback feature in some presentations.
