I have a few questions.

1. Does Ultra Video Gallery 3 work with HumanFriendly URLs enabled?

2. Does Ultra Video Gallery 3 require special server permissions to convert the videos? i.e. if I'm on a shared GoDaddy server, would they have to allow me to run a server-side program that does the conversion?

3. Is there a way to force unauthenticated users to comment on a video BEFORE they see it? Or fill out a survey before they view it/while it loads? My website will contain educational videos and we would like to gather information about who is viewing the videos for research purposes.

4. Is there an educational discount for universities?

1, you mean DNN friendly url? yes.
2, yes, special permisson is required, I belive you don't have this permission since you use godaddy shared server. but you can use UVG Converter instead. this is a client software so you can convert the videos before upload on your local computer.
3, I'm sorry, no.
