What's the easiest way to move multiple photos from one album to another?

If there is not currently an easy way, how about adding an 'Album' drop down to the 'Bulk Edit' page.  Assuming the user is a member of the admin or manage roles.  Manage roles should, of course, only be able to move photos to other albums they are authorized to manage.

A possible way is to move them by MediaImporter module - Import from portal directory, then you can delete undesired photos in target album and moved items in source album, with bulk delete feature you can delete them quickly.
