Hi, We just purchased UMG and would like to know if it is possible (via setup or paid customization) to have the gallery set up to look more like a traditional gallery, such as one you would see on Facebook. We would like the primary screen to be a multi-row, multi-column, multi-page view of thumbnails, and when the user clicks on one, they see the lightbox version of the image. The default view is nice, and different, but for our users who may have a lot of pictures in a gallery, its not efficient for them. Thanks! jasen |

There's no real way to see it unless you create a Facebook account. It only take a minute and is free. Since its about the single most popular website on the planet at the moment, we are modelling our new social network after it. thanks! www.facebook.com |

| yes, its very simple to make account there. Facebook gallery is very simple. And in it, because of its simple display each photo has given important and comments on each photos are also easily visible too. |

I already have an account but rarely use it. facebook's gallery is a 2-layers, at first you see a picture list, when click it the page refreshs and you enter another page, here you can see the picture and comment it, like Ultra Video Gallery. however, this is different with UMG design, UMG have single later. however, if you plan to view a picture in lightbox window when click the thumbnail, there is no problem. |

Yes u r rite! Whenever i read the user guides of UMG or UVG again, i come across a new feature that i haven't explored yet. With the 'Quick Rating' satellite module and with the light box one can easily make a similar view. UMG and UVG both are really full of cool features. |

Yes, the facebook gallery is 2 layered, which is how we would like to set up UMG. The first layer presenting multi-rows, multi-column, multi-page thumbnails, then when the user clicks a thumbnail, displaying hte image (preferably wiht the ability to comment on it), but lightbox if that is not supported. Thanks! jasen |

yes the "QuickRate" module can be used to comment and rate a photo. you can order a custom presentation from us to create such facebook-liked gallery, this presentation display a thumbnail list at first(do you need album feature?), with paging buttons, when click on a thumbnail, the big picture is displayed. |

Hello! I'm also interested in this kind of costumization. I'm planning to use this module to present photos, but i really need a more simple way to show the photos, like this dual layered format ( list of thumbnails in row and columns ). Can you please contact me with more details, like pricing and if possible one working example ? Check my profile for the email :) Thanks! Miguel R. |

I'm interested in setting up UMG like facebook. I'm using Smart Thinker moduels for profiles, massaging and such. Can you forward me any info on how much it would cost, and what it would involve. You can email me at hazen@planetsocialsports.com. Thanks |

I'd also be very interested in this presentation. If it's not already done let's pool and do a group buy. :-) I bought the generic presentation pack with UMG 5, but the closest thing to what I want is the classic presentation anyway. I don't really like the thumbnail bar under the pictures as the only way to see what's in the gallery. A "contact sheet" view of the pictures would be perfect. If there are any updates on a presentation like this, please let me know. Regards, Chris |

I would be interested in that as well. If the timeframe for release of UMG 6 is within the next few weeks then I could wait... Otherwise, please also email me about pricing s custom presentation like this... |

it doesn't look exactly as facebook, as I said "it looks like the facebook one in some manner." it's the highslide presentation, you can find it in our sample gallery list. |
