Does an FTP server need to be installed on the portal in order for this feature to work or does Ultra Photo Gallery have an FTP server built in?

I'm sorry I missed your post. Ultra Photo Gallery is a DotNetNuke module, there isn't a integrated FTP server. Generally, every website has a corresponding ftp site, you can copy your photos to the album folder by ftp or other ways. Thanks.

I'm trying to figure out where to ftp bulk photos. I have seen your directory structure: Root/UltraPhotoGallery//large but I do not see this in my dnn... I have only found UltraPhotoGallery under desktopmodules..... can you help?

"Bath upload downloads" is supported in 1 situation, e.g. upload high res picture as download, automatically resize it to meduim res picture as display photo. There are some instructions about this feature in the user guide. Thanks.

I am having the same issues. I'm trying to upload a zip file it's about 15 files about 40-65kb so it'a about 502kb i keep getting a page can't be displayed. I've already checked with my host company and they apparently looking at their end.

502 kb? it's small, how long does it take before you see "page can't be displayed". can you email me your web.config? you can remove sensitive contents if necessary. thanks.
