Hi,
I used site analyzer module on my page(dotnetnuke 3) but it did not show data. I already set site log to 30 days.
other thing is if i click on some link "bar" then it throws Network error.

Can anyone help me on this?

Thanks
Vishal

You have to enable site log both in Site Settings and Host Settings.

What error did you get ?

Thanks.

Hi,

Firstly thanks for responding.

The error which it throws is:

"A critical error has occurred.
General network error. Check your network documentation."

In  Between i had done reseting to  both site as well as host site log to 30 days before last posting.

thanks,
Vishal

It seems to be a sql server connection error. does it still exist ?

Please post more detailed error message in log viewer.

Or please post the url of your portal and the password of your host account in "Contact Us".

Thanks.
