I want to build a site like www.DotNetNuke-Portal.com that lets any one create his own portal, and show statistics on all portals in the main portal, for example the most visited portal.
Is that possible ?

Portal Analysis tells me the traffic in all portals of your DNN instance.

I didn't enable this report in my dome site because I have only 1 portal. but here is a screen shot from my local DNN portal:
