If you can do this now I can't find where. 

You can delete captions BUT they show up by default.  I would like to be able to do two things

1. allow rating but disable comments.
2. make comments truly moderated in that they would not display until approved by a moderator.

If these are possible now let me know because I can't figure it out!

Of course I meant delete comments not captions.
