Dear Sir,

I have a "copyrighted idea" called "Advanced Video Recordkeeping" for Healthcare Records.
http://www.newtechnologyadvantage.com/MySpacesPage/VideoPlayerPage/tabid/500/VideoId/121/Advanced-Video-Recordkeeping.aspx

Would you be interested in partnering with my company http://www.TheMarkOfSuccess.biz and PowerDnn.com to offer this to PROFESSIONAL HEALTHCARE workers and dentists worldwide using your "software product UVG as a initial sales starting point" ?

Here is a USE CASE SCENARIO to think about:

Step 1:  A couple goes in and finds out the wife has CANCER.  The "DIAGNOSIS" and evidence is VIDEO TAPED and they are given a "userid / password" to check their VIDEO MEDICAL RECORDS anytime they wish.

Office visits often have many facts that people forget.   Especially our senior citizens when confronted with many HEALTHCARE CHOICES.

Step 2:  As they come in for RADIATION and other MEDICAL TREATMENT office and surgery room visits a VIDEO is made and indexed with the "appropriate meta tags" and "categories".   Again since the patients are going to a MODERN PROFESSIONAL RADIOLOGIST who has decided to use my COPYRIGHTED idea of VIDEO HEALTHCARE RECORDS the patients can view their records online at any time.

Step 3:  At various HEALTHCARE MILESTONES on their VIDEO ROADMAP PLAN back to health they are allowed to give the doctor VIDEO FEEDBACK (either negative or positive) on how they feel their treatment is going.

If you are interested in this we can work together as a TEAM and setup a ADVANCED VIDEO RECORDKEEPING services at http://www.BusinessSystems.com for professionals.

My best regards,

Kevin Douglas Donahoe

You reported a problem with UVG some days ago, is it fixed?

Kevin, thank you for your offer, but I'm sorry I'm very busy and may not have time to join it.

thank you.

No, it is not fixed. But, I believe "joint cooperation" between yourself and PowerDnn.com will be needed to fix it. I cannot afford to pay the $85 an hour charge for PowerDnn.com to review and fix things.

In my opinion, something "HANGS their CPU as your upload a VIDEO using the UVG ADD video module on an aspx page". I have a gut feeling the problem is caused by multiple vendor incompatibilities (i.e a lack of a SYSTEMS INTEGRATOR job function). For example, my host application space and timing may be set to low, the neat upload ultility that is uploading my *FLV file may have problems if the file is too big, and finally all FLV may not be the same. Ideally, I want to use Camtasia Studio 4 or 5 and create a *FLV file and just upload it (without running it through the UVG *flv converter). So the compination of small minor bugs can joing together into a big bug because as I understand it their are "application developers for UVG" but no "systems integrator". At least not at http://www.PowerDnn.com .

When I send emails to you they get returned by your email server. So that is why I use FORUMS like this to reported "software problems" even if they are potentially the responsibility of more than just yourself. The internet is often complicated and a fix may involve several different and diverse vendors (like hosting companies, application developers, and even 3rd party marketing partners) to report the problem, reproduce the problem, fix it, and then distributed it at various 3rd party marketing parters worldwide.

Thanks anyway for your considering my copyrighed IDEA on VIDEO RECORDKEEPING for dentists and doctors. They do ROADMAPS back to health just like software vendors to ROADMAPS of future software planned enhancements. By giving them ADVANCED VIDEO RECORDKEEPING (in my opinion) they can keep software developers alive longer (like maybe even over 100). So in the end VIDEO RECORDKEEPING as a means of medical and dental records will have a great Return On Investment (R.O.I) for people who choose to "subscribe monthly" to my copyrighted intellectual property.

PS. The reason your product is so ATTRACTIVE is all you would have to do is "ADD THESE PROPERTIES" to your "ADD VIDEO PAGE" to make my copyrighted intellectual property "FULLY IMPLEMENTABLE" by anyone who wants to sell it to doctors and dentists. The database attributes / add video text fields would be
for healthcare records are as follow:
(A) Patient Id
(B) Patient Visit Id
(C) Patient Surgery Id
(D) Doctor Office Id
(E) Hospital or Clinic Id
(F) Healthcare Roadmap Id
(G) Doctors Post Visit / Post Surgery Comments (this is a foreign key to another UVG movie)
(H) Patients Post Visit / Post Surgery Comments (this is a foreigh key to another UVG movie)

Just eight attributes to your existing UVG system would do the trick for healthcare (i.e. doctors and dentists) as a 1st release to them anyway. The existing UVG categories and meta tags would work wonderful to replace their aging "paper transcripts" they often do which often leave them no way to ASSOCIATE SIMILAR DIAGNOSIS and ROADMAPS TO HEATH plans they offer the patients.

Thanks again for considering the idea. But I understand you have lots of sales. Putting the eight attributes in to INCREASE SALES by over 1000 times would be a NIGHTMARE of business growth potential. Sorry to bother you with a suggestion that would add to the WORK LOAD of an already very popular product with even more SALSE from the healthcare industry (i.e. doctors and dentist worldwide).

If you really want a headache. Just add these attributes for my other copyrighted idea ("intellectual property") to sell to LAWYERS at http://www.WorldCourtServices.com . Those UVG VIDEO ATTRIBUTES would be:
(A) Case Number
(B) Court Id
(C) Plaintiffs / Prosecutor
(D) Respondents / Defendants
(E) Plaintiff / Prosecutor Video Ids (a repeating set of foreign keys to multiple plaintiff video arguments)
(F) Respondent / Defendant Video Ids (a repeating set of foreign keys to multiple defense video arguments)
(G) Jury Video Id (their verdict video)
(H) Judge Video Ids (a repeating set of foreigh keys to multiple JUDGE ORDERS inclluding sentencing)

After you add those ATTRIBUTES I am very sorry but a SALES NIGHTMARE again would open up for you EXPLOSIVE GROWTH in UVG sales. Much like Bill Gates selling Vista your headaches (i.e. UVG sales) would reach infinity proportions.

I can see why that would raise concern for you. Many banks could not handle the number of digits your BizModules.net account would then have in it. But when that day arrives I have a few BANK IDEAS copyrighted to (just let me know if your schedule frees up in the future from maintenance and you wish to EXPAND SALES even more with some of my good ideas for YOUR SALES GROWTH).

Best regards.

Kevin, I investigated your problem in my local computer, as i said in your previous post, your flv is not encode by UVG, FFMpeg(which is the integrated video encoding software in UVG) report the framerate is corrupted so it trys to re-encode it, which takes quite a long time.

I gave you 2 possible solutions, first, try to output non-flv video in camtasia, and let UVG to convert it to FLV format.

another solution is not to use [ROTATEDSCREENSHOT] token, please use [SCREENSHOT] or [CUSTOMTHUMB:XxY] token instead.

thank you.

Thank you for your help. To clarify so I don't MISUNDERSTAND (and often humans do and they regret their mistakes later)

The customer preference (me) is to NOT DO MULTIPLE CONVERIONS to get one FLV video. I desire simplicity!
Ideallly then "my own personal customer preference" is to create a quick Camtasia Studio 4 or 5 *.flv and upload and be done using other product yours called UVG. UVG then will detect it is already FLV on the upload and bypass trying to convert it again. Yet occassionally UVG crashes the hosting service at http://ww.PowerDnn.com and they in turn BLAME your video conversion codecs or something like that. You then from what I am reading are blaming FLVs that come out of Camtasia Studio 4 or 5 as not being "UVG friendly enough" and suggest I don't use that product to make the actual FLV to post and play. Instead you suggest I only use YOUR free complimentary UVG converter to make litterally ALL FLV (and I should not at this time use Camtasis Studio to actually make the FLV for upload and playing) ?

As I read your post you seem to suspect I cannot achieve my current goal of using Camtasia Studio to create the baseling *FLV video (is that correct) ? You suggest instead using ONLY YOUR OWN "complimentary" windows based product to create the *FLV videos because perhaps it was my use of other 3rd party competitive product to create FLVS (like camtasia, adobe, etc.) that might have blew the CPU memory at powerdnn.com and cause it to HANG ? Then they charge me **** $85 a hour *** to unhang it. Unfortunately.

Remember I just want to get the FACTS straight on BizModules.net "software diagnosis" and "recommended fixes":
BizModules.Net Diagnosis = Camtasia Studio FLVs caused the problem. Under no circumstance create FLV directly and upload using that product. If I read / interpret you correctly.
BizModulesNet Solution = Only use Biz Modules.net method of creating *FLVs . A complimentary product that comes with UVG and competes with Camtasia Studio and Adobe in the open market (worldwide) .

Do I comprehend correctly your DIAGNOSIS and PROPOSED SOLUTION to the CPU hang that I had earlier with UVG at my site at http://www.TheMarkOfSuccess.biz ? I thought is was NEAT UPLOAD myself. But you say it was Camtasia Studio correct ? Or was it PowerDnn.com low memory and low timings on application pool settings ?

Thank you again for any advice you can offer on allowing mutliple vendors to WORK COOPERATIVELY TOGETHER and achieve "smooth system integration" that the customer truly feels good about! System integration if often only left up the smartest and best in the industry. I am glad you have assigned yourself that ROLE and RESPONSIBILITY and feel confident eventually you will see this as a high priority fix to implement in future releases of your good software.

I will have to read up on the ROTATE option you talked about. I am new to FLV and don't quite see how that could HANG A SERVER CPU 1000s of miles away. I will have to educate myself on that one. My hope is to just press the button and say MAKE THE *FLV movie (from within 3rd party products like Camtasia Studio). I was unaware that I had selected any ROTATE or NOT-ROTATE video property during the video creation process.

My apologies for "not comprehending the nature of the reported bug" which was a system CPU hang on the server as I upload FLVs created in Castasia Studio using the ADD VIDEO module on a aspx.page (not the complimentary windows conversion product).

Should you ever require a humble student HELP DESK person like myself (to take over repeative questions and answers during software maintenance) so it frees you up to WORK ON NEW FEATURE DEVELOPMENT and SYSTEM INTEGRATION PLANNING with other 3rd parties feel free to ask at http://www.ServiceAndHelp.com . My guess is (from working at mission critical banks and utilities) you get the same questions over and over and thus as you experience EXPLOSIVE SALES GROWTH in coming months perhaps you might consider FARMING out to me where I do VIDEO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS on UVG. http://www.ServiceAndHelp.com only costs $10 a month and I would be happy to SPLIT the profit with you in a way you FIND MUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE and PROFITABLE for yourself so you can move back into where your REAL PASSION IS (System Development and System Integration) :)

Best regards,

Thank you again for your help.

Kevin, PowerDNN doesn't blame my video conversion codecs or something like that, UVG is already included in PowerDNN's default setup template.

You can use camtasia to output FLV video if you like, then you can adopt my 2nd suggestion, your videos are screenshots cast, so rotated screenshot doesn't make sence, because the screenshot from 3rd second and 30 second doesn't make great difference when they are resized to 120*80.

Below is the what you need to do:
1, login to your site, and find UVG_VideoList and other video listing modules on your website.
2, click Module Settings, and find Body Template field.
3, delete current template and replace it to this one. view its html source if it doesn't show as plain text.

Done.
