I think it would be great to have a feature to collect photos and pool them into a module, maybe also create your own albums for collected picture. i figure if UMG will support a user ID based gallery, then it should come with a few more "community minded" tools. A big one being this.
Tell me what you think.
Hope to see it soon.

Well I am not a great programmer but I can conceptualize this a litte.
I figure it would be pretty simple,
you already have the token implace for getting thumbnails URLs from the data table right? You could use that.
have a link on the thumbnail and the UMG main display this would pass the URL to a new table. This table would collect the string of thumbnail urls. ofcourse each user would have a unique string. then on a page like Smart Thinkers User Profile page. have a module that will retrieve the userID that was passed in, this would retrieve the thumbnail string from that users table and display them.
I would also be nice to have a recent collections/random collection view that would retrieve random users' strings and display a single thumbnail that would expand when clicked to show all that users thumbnails. but this feature is secondary I think. It might be a little more dificult.
What do you think?

I'm not sure, I recorded it in my suggested enhancement list, I'll review it seriously when I have time, currently I'm working on ultra video gallery.
thanks.
