suddenly my UMG v4 is asking for a serial number. Snowcovered is down for some reason and I cannot access my invoices, so hopefully you have my purchase on record with my acct. This is currently preventing my clients from uploading photos which is a daily routine for them. madmikemorrison

is it activated before? did you move your website from one server to another? if you can't find out your invoice id please tell me the website you used it before by email.
