I bought the module on Snowcovered but had an old email address registerd. I have since amended the email address on Snowcovered but keep getting an email telling me to re-purchase. Help! I really needed this module yesterday. Snowcovered have been in touch advising the email adress is now correctly registered with them and have told me to delete everything - redownload and start again which I have done but still not working. I have sent my paypal sales receipt by email to you.

This has happened again! I have the correct email address registered and have sent my order confirmation to you by email twice now. I have tried to regenerate the seriel number but it gives me the number from my last purchase. This time I used Google checkout instead of PayPal and my order says pending on Snowcovered. I purchased 2 days ago and really need to start working on the setup.
