Iam not sure where to find presentation pack 4 I looked in downloads on snowcovered. I beleive it is still older version.

I may not be eligible for this upgrade although I purchased UMG 5 enterprise with Presentation Pack.

I may be worng just cant firnd it. Can you help Please.

You must answer these often and I hate to be a bother just latly for other modules and constant DNN upgrades seems thers always so much to keep up with.

it's ok, but generic presentation pack 4 is not an free upgrade, you should order it on snowcovered wit upgrade discount.
