Topphotos' default code is something like
 [TD class=Normal align="center"][A title="[AUTHOR] / [CREATEDDATE]" href="[LINK]" target=_blank][IMG hspace=2 src="[THUMBNAIL]" vspace=2 border=0][/A][/TD]

Thumbnail is too small. Can i use large and resize the pictures?

yes, you can use [CUSTOMTUMB:XxY] token to get thumbnail at any size, refer to the user guide for further information.
