I currently have UMG 3 on a DNN3 web site and I'm planning on moving that site and url to new DNN4 installation with the original url being on portal 1. According to the info I read, I should be able to install the upgrade of UMG I purchased from snowcoverd and use my original serial #. Is that correct?

if you shut down your site before re-activate it, it should be ok.
