Hi,

We had installed UltraMedia gallery onto our test site and it accepted the license key. However, when we installed on the production, the license key did not work as the production server is behind a firewall. We have given ASPNET full read/write access to the Bin as well as Ultramedia folders.

Have sent emails  on 25-May-2008, 30-May-2008 and 5-June-2008 to service@bizmodules.net with the license key and activation link that was shown on the screen when we clicked on the "Manual Activation".  This is to request for manual license file for activation behind firewall.

Please help to respond to us as soon as possible with the file.
