Hello, I have been using UPG 2.5.6 for a while now with great success. A couple of days ago, UPG stopped working -- none of the UPG pages load (even when I am logged in as admin). Looking at the DNN EventLog, I see 100s of "Page Load Exceptions" and "Module Load Exceptions", example below. My site is hosted on GoDaddy, any ideas what might have happened? (I haven't made any changes, perhaps GoDaddy updated their servers and something broke?) Thanks in advance for your help _______________________________ ModuleId: 366 ModuleDefId: 108 FriendlyName: BizModules - UltraPhotoGallery ModuleControlSource: DesktopModules/BizModules - UltraPhotoGallery/UltraPhotoGallery.ascx AssemblyVersion: 04.00.02 Method: System.Security.CodeAccessSecurityEngine.Check FileName: FileLineNumber: 0 FileColumnNumber: 0 PortalID: 0 PortalName: UserID: -1 UserName: ActiveTabID: 54 ActiveTabName: Photo Gallery AbsoluteURL: /portal/Default.aspx AbsoluteURLReferrer: ExceptionGUID: 6c6fff7f-6b9a-4d3c-9d7f-b96e0858cd5e DefaultDataProvider: DotNetNuke.Data.SqlDataProvider, DotNetNuke.SqlDataProvider InnerException: Request for the permission of type 'System.Security.Permissions.FileIOPermission, mscorlib, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' failed. Yes, your hosting service provider must misconfigured folder permissions in your portal, your File Manager stoped working too.

Please contact customer support from your hosting service provider.

Thanks.

I've called my hosting provider (GoDaddy) and they indicated that no changes were made to the Web Servers or the SQL servers. (btw, I've tried using the Filer Manager -- and it seems to be working OK, what didn't work for you?) Can you think of anything else I can try? Other modules seem to be working OK. Is there some way to perhaps uninstall and reinstall UPG? Thanks for your help.

No, I'm absolutely sure your folder permission is misconfigured. you can try to add a new folder in File Manager then you will see the problem.

I'm getting the same thing.  My Gallery just went down this morning. It was working fine last night.  Gallery tab would no longer load, task bar just kept spinning.  I deleted the page and attempted to create a new one and it wouldn't.  Tried to delete and reinstall UltraPhotoGallery Module from Module Definitions and it throws the same SQL errors shown in this thread.

Did you ever get anything out of GoDaddy?  I'm getting the same symptom and I'm with GoDaddy as well.

This problem is reported 1 or 2 times out of GoDaddy, and they are all fixed at last.

I replied your message in email, please try to add a new folder in Admin - File Manager. you will get an error. please contact your hosting service provider to fix this error. then my module will work.

Technical speaking, the ASP_NET(or NETWORK SERVICE) account must have full control on portal root folder(/Portals/[Portal ID]).

Thanks.
