I have enabled the module cache setting on the modules on my home page (so it loads/opens really fast)... Does the UPG module support cache? I understand that if cache is enabled it may delay (prevent ?) new pictures from appearing in the flash; for my home page that is ok...

Also, is it possible to save the generated flash to a file?

Thanks!

Yes, UPG do support cache.

The gallery data and configurations are saved in xml files, once you altered one or more photo or albums, the xml files will be regenerated. so you will always see the latest photos.

Thanks.

And the Flash is not "generated" based your gallery data and configuration. the flash swf is never changed,  all data are saved in xml files which will be passed to the swf in run time.

Thanks.
