I was just doing some edits to my language pack and I noticed that there is a string
cmdSendAsAlbumTn.Text

this would suggest that there is a way to set the picture you are about to upload as the album thumbnail. but I have not seen a feature like this?
Today I was actually just thinking something like this would be nice. is it still available?
