We use UltraPhotoGallery for our corporate Intranet. Some users are not seeing the photogallery albums display. Instead, the buttons that usually read "Previous Screen", "Next Screen" and "Close" all read "Undefined".  A large space is displayed where the

I reviewed past posts and checked the browser options for one of the affected users - she doesn't have RealPlayer installed so I think this rules out that option.

Browser version = IE6 with service pack 2. Other users with same browser view the gallery without problems.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Rozanne

Sorry, I posted quickly before running to a meeting.

"A large space is displayed where the ..."

should read

"A large space is displayed where the gallery usually displays."

please disable script support in her browser, in this case UPG output flash object directly, in defautl it output flash object by a script library to prevent "click to activate it".

does it work in this case?

Hi, thanks for the quick response!

I want to confirm that I'm doing the same script disable that you had in mind:

Tools
Internet Options
Security
Custom Level

Scripting
 - Active Scripting - Disable

This disables the DNN menu, but the gallery still displays the "Undefined" button labels, with no gallery.

Thanks,
Rozanne

Oh, I'm sorry, Undefined should be another error, can you try to use default DNN skin? some skins have a script library and damages UMG.

thanks.

I loaded the default "DNN-gray" skin on one of the gallery pages, but unfortunately the error persisted.

Just a little more information - I have another DNN installation on a different server (public website). This is an older install - DNN 3.1.1, with gallery 02.00.06. From the same user machine where the intranet gallery doesn't display, this gallery displays correctly.

The intranet versions, if this helps are:
DNN 4.0.3
Bizmodules Gallery: 02.05.06

can you try to upgrade to latest UMG 5.x? maybe it should fix your problem.
