Things are working perfectly in IE, but in Firefox, I very briefly see the loading screen, and then the control bar goes black-ish (default color?) and no images show up.  Below is the code that is being rendered into the browser.  Any suggestions?  Also, is there a file/url that explains how the control works?  (What parameters you can pass in via querystring etc...)  Thank you.

Thanks for your report.

This problem is reported by another customer some days ago, the reason is that firefox doesn't support "\" in url in some (unknown) situation.

I intended to include the fix in UPG 2.5 which will be released quickly. but since you get this problem too. I'll add a new download on Snowcovered which contains the fix this evening.

Thanks.

UPG 2.0.9 is ready for download on Snowcovered.

Two bugs are fixed in this version :
1, some times, the album data and configuration can't be loaded in to the gallery if you use firefox .
2, resizing algorithm resulted in low quality images.
3, some times the album can't be deleted if the album directory is damaged.

Thanks.

Thanks for such a prompt reply and fix Xue.  That appears to have worked for new galleries that I create, but not the one that I'd already generated.  From your message I went exploring and what I had to do was delete the UltraPhotoGallery.xml file from the Cache directory in the module in question.  (/DNN/Portals/0/UltraPhotoGallery/370/Cache/UltraPhotGallery.xml)

(Cache time was set to 0 for the module, but since the file is to be consumed by the swf and not the portal, I assume that this file doesn't obey cache rules, and is instead updated when images are added/deleted.)

Anyway, thought I'd mention it so if anyone else has the same problem they know how to fix it.

Thanks again Xue.

Yes, you are right.

Sorry I havn't mention that. the cache file will be deleted if you add/update/delete an album or a photo.

Thanks.
