hallo roger,

at the background music section I can't define a music file because I have this message: You can't attach a mp3 music to this album because your host administrator disabled it

where can I enable mp3 files?

thank you, andreas

It seems to be a mpe encoding problem, refer to this page for further information:
http://www.wimpyplayer.com/support/faqs/docs/general_chipmonk.html

However, you also can use another mp3 fileas your background music.

Thanks.

So the mp3 file is not properly uploaded? You can browse to Edit Album screen to see whether mp3 file is existed.

Thanks.

I did and it's properly uploaded. I'll check the filename though since there seem to be a white space in there. It plays Ok in other mp3 modules though

Okay, please let me know whether the white space is the reason.

Thanks.

I'm not having trouble uploading an mp3, but they don't play. Here's a link:http://webtemplate.newphotoproducts.com/Galleries/tabid/55/Default.aspx

There aren't spaces in the file name, and I've tried uploading 500K files and larger, but still no sound. Any suggestions?

Kirk, you use RandomPosition in this gallery, you know, RandomPosition is one of the presentations which donot implement the background music feature, if you do want to hear the music you may need to select another presentation which support background music.

thanks.
