Hi There,

My users see the following error when trying to upload any image (jpg, gif, 30K-2MB big):

"File upload error, please ensure the extension of your uploaded file is allowed and your website doesn't rearch max disk space limitation"

This only happens for our registered users (who have composer permissions on the album).  Admins can successfully upload images.

I have no user/gallery disk quota set.  ASP.NET is configured to allow uploads of up to 8MB as the timeout value is the default 110 seconds.

We are using version 05.01.00 of UMG and running DNN 4.09.00.

Any help greatly appreciated.

upgrading to UMG 5.4+ should fix your problem.

We have purchased the source code version of 5.01 and made some modifications so upgrading is not my preferred choice.

Is there any workaround that I could use to fix the issue?

so maybe you can download UMG 5.4 source and integrate the part regarding to file upload functionality.
