Hey there, we are running UMG 5.4 with the Generic Presentation Pack. Here is the problem

http://pumpsandpressure.com/PhotoGallery/tabid/59/Default.aspx

Now we developed this site on our testing server at www.primalfx.com/pumpsandpressure

Once deployed, I ran a SQL script to clean up the DB with anything pointing to a /pumpsandpressure to /

Now my media gallery is broken, but if i change the presentation pack, the galleries/images load up just fine.

Looks like the ShadowViewer still tries to load images with a /pumpsandpressure/ sub dir. While the others do not.

Ideas?

thank you for your time.

I mean you should edit a picture and browse your gallery again, in this case the cache files are removed and should be regenerated when you browse it again, did you try it?

yup i've done that and also create a new gallery and insert new images. Still nothing... usually that fixes the problem. but not in this case.

the new images or galleries dont even show up. But if i change the presentation pack, they show up.

can you manually delete this file:

http://pumpsandpressure.com/Portals/0/UltraPhotoGallery/393/Cache/ShadowViewer.xml

and browse your gallery again?

Hey man, it appears that the shadowviewer.xml file is not getting properly updated. We add pictures to our galleries but they never show up on the photo gallery.

I have to manually delete the XML file before it sees the new pics. We are running 5.4 with DNN 4.9

Is this a open bug?

no, it shouldn't be a bug.

I guess network service account doesn't have permission to delete this file? thus you have to delete it manually?
