I have upgraded to 5.3 and created and added a new media gallery to a new page.
I have selected 'shadowViewer' as the presentation layer but when I click 'appearance' link I get the exception below.
I have also tried to change the presentation layer on existing UNG Classic galleries but I get the same issue and no images display.
Error: is currently unavailable.

I thought I had upgraded.
Only have one zip archive fro snowcovered : 9514_3816_GenericPresentation_3_DNN4.zip
I installed this a new module and the version numbers showing are:
Ultra Media Gallery - 05.02.03
UMG Generic Presentation - 03.00.00
Do I have to download something else or is the above correct.

so your UMG version is 5.2.3, not 5.3?
if so please upgrade UMG to 5.3+.

Ok I have sorted that out.
Now I still cannot change any existing galleries to the shadowViewer style. All the albums are still there but nothing displays.

I can change it back to UMG classic and it works fine - any gallery I try to convert does nor work.

maybe your presentation pack is not latest? please upgrade it and try again.
I tested your gallery data with my local shadowviewer presentation and it works fine. |
