I am testing UMG in Visual Web Developer 2008 Express with DNN 4.8.4 and get the following error whenever I run the site:


Error    1
Could not load type 'BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.ucFromUPG1'.
E:\Documents\Visual Studio 2008\WebSites\Test\DesktopModules\BizModules - UPGImporter\ucFromUPG1.ascx
1


Can you explain this error and how to fix it?

ucFromUPG1 is obsolate, please simply delete it.

I'm having the same issue with DNN 4.8.4 and UMG 5.4. I'm using VS 2005.

Error 1 Could not load type 'BizModules.UltraPhotoGallery.ucLocalizeAlbum'. c:\inetpub\wwwroot\BPSLLC\DesktopModules\BizModules - UltraPhotoGallery\ucLocalizeAlbum.ascx 5

well, I guess I forget to delete that file too, ucLocalizeAlbum.ascx and ucLocalizePhoto.ascx are obsolate, please simply delete it.

 This worked... you also need to remove the corresponding  resx files from the App_LocalResources folder.
