Yes, I can see the 2 videos on http://biztest.dnnmax.com. The same video are not visible on my site. So, where is the problem? What did I do wrong? BR Alfonso

is your web server able to comminucate with youtube? if you can connect to it by remote desktop, try to visit youtube on your server.

I solved the issue: the problem was related wrong dns configuration on my server and it was not able to connect to youtube. Now it is working fine. Thank you for your support and patience. Alfonso

Could this problem be related to one I have discovered on my site? People clicking on videos are redirected to my home page and the videos don't play. This is a new error. They were working a few weeks ago. Following the thread, I upgraded from version 3.0 to 3.01.11. Yet the problem continues. I logged into my server, and went to YouTube from there and can see videos, so it is not a server problem. Right now, none of the videos posted within the last 30 days at http://www.rvdailyreport.com/Video/tabid/68/Default.aspx are viewable. All have come from YouTube links.

please check UVG_Configurations module, is "Player tab" properly set to a valid dnn page?

Hi It seems like youtube has changed its API again or something like that. Youyube videos do not play in UVG anymore if they were / are uploaded via the internet URL. is there a fix for this?

I have the eval version installed on my dev box and it can play YouTube videos, however my licensed version (UVG 3.1.12 Standard, licensed copy) installed on a production server does not.

Another interesting observation: I was just able to play YouTube videos when logged into my site from another location. This location has a DSL connection instead of broadband cable. Odd behavior, but worth noting.

Update: it seems youtube fixed it by itself, if you have UVG 3.1.x which was downloaed more than 1 week ago, it should work now.

hi, what is the latest/greatest version for UVG? i've downloaded the demo version and its on 3.2 but i purchased the prof edition and the files doesn't allow me to install because it on version 3.1.12. Please help i need the version 3.2.X for the prof version so i can also fix my problem. i still can't view any youtube links.. thank you.

ok i found the newer version 3.2.1, thanks (is this the latest available?). i've installed them on my dev site and i still couldn't play youtube videos or any videos. Please help.. thanks
