I've been having problems with your Ultra Video Gallery module everytime our technical guy changes various site settings or do any DNN upgrades. It is so painful :( The last time, we fixed it, was when we changed the whole site to a new server and I installed the latest version of UVG. That fixed the problem and I was so relieved.
Then recently the admin account username was changed - it is the account that uploaded all the videos onto the site. Since this admin username account has been changed, we are unable to play any of the videos on the site.... I press play, nothing happens... we managed to update the username, hence was able to see the thumbnails of all the videos in the UVG_MyVideos list, nothing seems to play/work.

How or what should i do to fix this problem?
Is there anyway to overcome this problem in the future? Especially, if we do any upgrades or changes to the site settings the UVG gets screwed up?
