Hi it seems that when we upload video not in the correct format the module frequently errors.

It usually is a problem on ffmpeg.r7945.exe

Sometimes there can be many of these processes running 100% and of course has consequences then on website in somecases taking it down.

We are running version
02.00.00 of this and the addmodule is using 02.02.02

please can your provide some advice on how to avoid this.

please upgrade your UVG to latest 2.4.x, it will fix your 1st problem.

about the 2nd problem, did you press the cancel button while upload?
