Hi,
I'm in the edit video screen, and I'm trying to do capture a screenshot.
Whatever time I enter into the box does not matter. I don't get an error message. I just push the the capture link and nothing happens. The time I entered in the box stays.

| there is a uvg.txt in your site root if your UVG version is 2.3+, please paste it here. |

I can not find any file called uvg.txt.
According to the module page, I have version 02.00.00
 of the product except UVG_AddVideo which is 02.01.00.
The install file is 9110_0_UVG_210_DNN4.zip.

I upgraded to 2.3 so there has been improvement.
I can capture the screenshot, but it does not show up in the video list as a thumb nail.

Hi Pengtsen,
I'd like to pick up where he left off. After applying your second to last update, the screenshot capture fails to work. I applied the most recent update and it doesn't work either. What can I check to find out why it isn't working and how to fix it? Thanks. |

Please tell me your portal domain, so I can check the log file in your site root to see what happens.
